Parade

Kranjčar Gallery, 13/11/2025 - 23/11/2025

Parade explores the human condition, the longing for belonging, and the fear of isolation. It considers what occurs when individuality yields to collective rhythm. At its core it’s an investigation of the crowd, its allure, its unifying force and its ability to absorb or erase. It examines the point at which emotion overtakes thought and belonging shifts toward surrender.

Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn observed that “the line separating good and evil passes not through states, nor between classes… but right through every human heart”, Parade traces this internal divide, framing it not as a question of right or wrong but as the tension between conscience and comfort. The exhibition becomes a meditation on coexistence in a time when connection and conformity often blur.
